Ontology Driven. RiverGlass solutions incorporate expert developed ontologies – significantly improving result relevance. These ontologies are dynamic and are designed to grow and change along with the captured content.

Adaptive Analysis. Analytical procedures are selected and run for new data based on user's previous actions and the content of the data.

Evolving Investigations. Open investigations are tracked over time with histories of data arrivals and user actions.

Alerts. As queries are satisfied, analytics discover certain information, or larger scale investigations exceed some threshold of interest, the system generates alert signals.
