RiverGlass’ User-Friendly Software is Straightforward and Painless to Operate
RiverGlass offers three types of training services that are designed to efficiently and effectively train you and your team. RiverGlass also welcomes the opportunity to design a special training program for you, in order to ensure you and your team can operate the application with ease and glean pertinent information that is relevant to your business mission.
- Application User: This training package is a half-day session consisting of a combination of instructor led presentations in conjunction with hands on training. Standard end-user client application training is conducted to provide users of the RiverGlass application with an introduction to the client application including an explanation of available product features.
- Administrative User: RiverGlass Administrative User training is a half-day session designed to provide attendees with information allowing for set-up and management of the RiverGlass environment. In most cases, this session will be attended by IT/IP professionals responsible for maintaining servers and databases.
- Super User: RiverGlass Super User training is an intensive one-day session providing a cross-over of end-user application instruction and lessons on the critical aspects of the RiverGlass administrative tools. Additionally, attendees will be provided with the training necessary to create, modify and maintain a core component of the RiverGlass application, the Subject Guide.
