Kirk D. Dauksavage is Chief Executive Officer of RiverGlass Inc., where he provides vision and leadership for the company's efforts to bring customers a true solution to the information overload problem, especially the intelligent discovery and analysis of unstructured textual data. Before joining the RiverGlass team in April 2004, he was Vice President of Sales for the i-Solutions division of CheckFree Corporation, a company that provides electronic commerce software and services to Fortune 1000 companies. Mr Dauksavage was responsible for a national services and software group that included sales, inside sales, pre-sales and product marketing.

Mr. Dauksavage joined CheckFree in May of 2000 after the company bought BlueGill Technologies. At BlueGill, he was Vice President of Sales from 1998 to 2000, where he played a key role in the company's growth and was instrumental in its sale to CheckFree for $250 million.

Michael Welge is one of the founders of RiverGlass and its Chief Scientist responsible for guiding the technical direction of the company. Mr. Welge also directs the Automated Learning Group at the National Center for Supercomputing Applications (NCSA), co-directs the National Laboratory for Advanced Data Research, is an adjunct faculty member at the University of Illinois' Institute for Genomic Biology, and a faculty member at the university's Center for Information Technology. In these positions, Mr. Welge helps Fortune 100 companies, government agencies and academic institutions make sense of the data mining process and data mining frameworks, and develop data mining applications. He has worked in data mining, mathematical modeling, applied artificial intelligence, and stochastic simulation since 1982.

Mr. Welge has developed models and systems that use applied technologies, including decision trees, neural networks, genetic algorithms, self-organizing maps, association rules, and models that use more traditional statistical methods. His work spans data mining applications in a wide range of fields, including manufacturing, environmental engineering, medicine, education policy, fraud detection, customer relationship management, business intelligence, telecommunications, risk management and crisis management. He designs and develops algorithms for the Data to Knowledge (D2K) data mining environment – the technology that is the basis of RiverGlass solutions.

Brian J. Buck is Chief Technology Officer at RiverGlass and leads the company's software development efforts. Mr. Buck has more than 20 years of experience in the software industry, most recently as Executive Vice President and CTO at Trading Technologies, a company that develops high-performance software for brokers and other trading professionals. Mr. Buck launched some of Trading Technologies' most successful products and was responsible for nine patented technologies in information visualization, user interface, trading systems architectures and business methods.

Prior to Trading Technologies, Mr. Buck was co-founder and CTO of Divine, Inc., where he led the company's efforts to develop, produce and market software products for collaboration, content management and customer interaction. Mr. Buck was also CTO for PLATINUM Technology, Inc., a provider of information technology management software and services, from 1991 until 1999, when it was acquired by Computer Associates. Under his leadership, company revenues grew from $15 million to more than $1 billion.

Scott Eichenauer is the Vice President of Professional Services at RiverGlass, where he leads the business relationship and software implementation process to successfully deploy RiverGlass solutions at customer sites. He has a broad range of industry knowledge with more than 15 years of information consulting, project management and software implementation experience. Prior to joining RiverGlass, Mr. Eichenauer was a Senior Project Executive at Cerner Corporation where he led the software and equipment installation process for large, integrated hospital implementation projects. At Cerner, he managed projects resulting in a safer healthcare experience for the patient and enhanced information access and decision making capabilities with improved financial results for the hospitals.

Mr. Eichenauer is intimately familiar with the dynamics of a start-up company, as he was co-founder and Principal at Ascent Solutions Group, an independent consultancy providing business consulting and ERP implementation services for Fortune 1000 manufacturers and distributors. While at Ascent Solutions Group, he led successful multi-site, multinational ERP software implementations for several global clients. Mr. Eichenauer also was a Project Manager for System Software Associates (SSA), leading supply chain implementation projects for the global provider of enterprise management software solutions. Throughout his SSA tenure, he was recognized for providing outstanding consulting services and superior client satisfaction.

Rick McNees is Vice President of Business Development of RiverGlass Inc., where he is responsible for development and execution of the distribution and market strategy to drive revenue from strategic accounts, distribution channels including resellers and OEM's, and alliance partnerships. Before joining the RiverGlass team in December 2005, he was Vice President of Business Development and Marketing for iTRACS Corporation, the global leader in physical layer infrastructure management solutions.

Mr. McNees was Vice President of Business Development at Cybersafe, and Senior Vice President of Business Development at PLATINUM Technology. He was Co-Founder and head of Sales and Marketing at Mercantec, supplier of a leading secure electronic commerce platform used by over 40k SMBs. Mr. McNees also spent thirteen years at Micro Focus as Group Vice President of Business Development and Marketing during which time he served on the Executive Committee helping grow the company from $3mm to over $150mm in revenue and the twentieth largest software company in the world. He began his career at Hewlett Packard and Johnson & Johnson.

Doug Marquis is RiverGlass' Vice President of Engineering. He focuses on the day-to-day management of RiverGlass development projects, process and schedules. Doug is also involved in the planning of future product releases. Doug has fifteen years of experience, two years at startup Mobitrac in Chicago and has worked at Interface Software (LexisNexis), ThoughtWorks, BetFair (another startup) and Accenture. Throughout his experiences, he led technology organizations with expertise in creating and managing high performance teams focused on business results.

Carla Miller is Vice President of Sales for RiverGlass. Carla has a 20-year track record of success with industry leaders such as Dow Chemical, Pitney Bowes, Ameritech and CheckFree Corporation. She is experienced with the dynamics of a start-up software company, having driven sales at BlueGill Technologies, an Internet software start-up acquired by CheckFree Corporation in 2000 for $250 million. Carla holds a B.S. in business administration from Indiana University. She is based in the Chicago area office.

Nancy Dobrozdravic is Vice President of Marketing and Strategy. She has proven skills in general technology management, product innovation, marketing, research, business development and strategic planning. Her unique blend of product development and marketing experience, coupled with strong analytical and creative abilities, bring great value to RiverGlass. Most recently, Nancy was Vice President of Product Marketing at SPSS, where she was in charge of leading the growth of the advanced analytics and data collection technology. She also has held positions in Technology Planning and Architecture, Business Development, Product Planning and Market Research. Nancy is a 20-year veteran of SPSS so is well versed in how to grow successful software companies.
