Kirk Dauksavage is Chief Executive Officer of RiverGlass Inc., where he provides vision and leadership for the company's efforts to bring customers a true solution to the information overload problem, especially the intelligent discovery and analysis of unstructured textual data. Mr. Dauksavage is the former Vice President of Sales for the i-Solutions division of CheckFree Corporation, where he was responsible for a national services and software group that included sales, inside sales, pre-sales and product marketing and generated about $20 million in revenue annually. His tenure with CheckFree began in May 2000, after the company bought BlueGill Technologies, where Mr. Dauksavage had been vice president of sales and had played a key role in that company's growth. Bruce Finks is Vice President of Investments for COUNTRY Financial, where he is responsible for the overall management, supervision and direction of the investment operation of the Company and its affiliates. He also supervises the investment function of the COUNTRY Mutual Funds. Mr. Finks began his tenure with COUNTRY Financial in 1992, having previously served in investment capacities for various banks. Mr. Finks has a BS in finance from Illinois State University and holds the Chartered Financial Analyst® (CFA®) designation. He is also a member of the Chicago Financial Analysts Society. Rob Schultz is a Senior Director with IllinoisVENTURES, where he evaluates investment opportunities and works with early stage companies on all strategic, operating, financial and business development activities. Mr. Schultz is the Founder and former CEO of DigitalWork, Inc., a small business services company and a Draper Fisher Jurvetson, TL Ventures, Dell Ventures and Attractor portfolio company. Mr. Schultz was a Year 2000 Ernst & Young Entrepreneur of the Year finalist. He was named as one of the "100 most important executives, decision-makers, financiers and idea people in the Chicago Internet community" by Crain’s Chicago Business and one of the "top 100 people who put the ‘new’ in Chicago’s new economy" by i-Street Reporter Mr. Schultz holds an MBA in finance from the University of Chicago and a bachelor's degree in economics from Northwestern University. Marc Weiser is Managing Partner of RPM Ventures, a firm that provides guidance and support to entrepreneurs and technology startups. Mr. Weiser works almost exclusively with seed and early stage companies. and serves on the boards of a variety of companies on behalf of RPM. He was a founder of QuantumShift and an early employee at MessageMedia, where he helped take the company public and pioneered some of its methods for e-commerce transactions. Mr. Weiser was an associate with Arbor Partners and worked in business development at Dell. He holds a B.S. in aerospace engineering and an MBA, both from the University of Michigan. Michael Welge is Founder and Chief Scientist at RiverGlass and also heads the Data, Analysis and Knowledge Systems Group at the National Center for Supercomputing Applications (NCSA). He designs and develops algorithms for the Data to Knowledge (D2K) data mining environment – the technology that is the basis of RiverGlass solutions. Mr. Welge's work spans data mining applications in a wide range of fields, including environmental engineering, medicine, fraud detection, business intelligence, telecommunications, risk management and crisis management. Doyle Williams is Executive Vice President and Chief Marketing Officer for COUNTRY Financial. In this position, he is responsible for developing and executing all aspects of the organization’s marketing strategy. Additionally, he provides direction for all distribution channels and oversight of securities regulated sales personnel. Williams is a member of the boards of directors for Cotton States Insurance, Middlesex Mutual and Holyoke Mutual. He also serves as Chief Executive Officer of Country Capital Management Company, an internal Broker-Dealer. He holds a MBA from the University of Illinois and a bachelor’s degree in business from Illinois State University. Phil Wilmington is the former Chief Executive Officer of OutlookSoft Corporation and previously Co-President of PeopleSoft, Inc. As the CEO of OutlookSoft, Mr. Wilmington led the company’s growth up to the sale of the company to SAP in 2007. In his 15-year career at PeopleSoft, Mr. Wilmington served in a variety of roles culminating with his responsibilities as Co-President. He was instrumental in driving the company’s global expansion and revenue growth. |
